QuickBooks now links with ACT! providing your staff with the ability to see your client/customer or vendor accounting history from within ACT!  Click on the new QuickBooks tab in ACT! and see an aging summary of outstanding invoices, sales opportunities or vendor detail all without leaving the program.

The new versions of QuickBooks include connecting via the Web to your books to manage remotely.  Some of our technicians use QuickBooks Timer to enter billing information and then send that file in to the office to be apply.

QuickBooks Pro offers tools for businesses that want to manage their finances more effectively and efficiently.  Features include tools that help boost productivity and give you more control of your spending, your data and your business forms. More than 100 new timesaving templates will give you professional-looking invoices, estimates and other forms. There's a lot more options for customizing forms to look and work the way you want.
